Commissioner will be reading to Head start children

March is Reading Month across the nation and Commissioner Carey Torrice will be reading to children. On March 4th, Mrs. Torrice will be reading to two classroom's of children enrolled in the Head Start program. Head Start is a free preschool for children from low-income families. |
